Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a critical leadership role in a high-revenue clinical practice, overseeing all aspects of financial operations and strategy. This includes budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, financial reporting, and the management of core accounting functions such as the general ledger, A/P, A/R, and payroll. The CFO will ensure accuracy and integrity in financial processes, maintain compliance with GAAP and internal controls, and lead the month-end and year-end close processes. Serving as a key business partner, the CFO will work closely with the COO and physician leadership to align financial planning with clinical and operational goals, while also managing the relationship with the external CPA firm for tax preparation, compliance, and audits. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic insight and operational execution.
The ideal candidate is steady, proactive, and composed under pressure, with the confidence to build trusted relationships with physicians and leadership. They thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, demonstrate accountability, and are motivated by purpose, team success, and long-term impact. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; CPA and healthcare industry experience are highly preferred.  This full-time, in-office position offers a competitive salary based on experience along with medical and dental insurance, paid vacation and sick leave, paid holidays, a retirement plan, and requires a background check prior to hire.
