PROFESSIONAL POSITIONS
This position can be located at one of our client offices in Mandeville, Baton Rouge, or New Orleans. This role oversees audit engagements for nonprofits, government entities, employee benefit plans, and private companies while serving as a primary client contact and mentor to staff. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of public accounting assurance experience with a CPA firm (Big Four or regional), and a CPA license is preferred (or active progress toward certification). Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills are required, along with experience supervising and developing teams. Compensation ranges from $75,000–$95,000 annually, with bonus eligibility, hybrid flexibility, comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) with contributions, and generous PTO. This position is a key member of the senior leadership team and leads the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across all channels. The role combines brand leadership, digital marketing expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to drive awareness, engagement, and business growth. Responsibilities include overseeing multi-channel campaigns, managing marketing vendors, guiding a small in-house team, and using data insights to improve performance and ROI. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (master’s preferred), along with senior-level marketing experience—ideally in an industrial or B2B setting. Proven success in digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, and team leadership is required. This position reports directly to the COO and offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $140,000 based on experience, plus an annual performance bonus, comprehensive benefits, and a 401(k) with company match. Candidates advancing to final interviews will complete a case study using real company data and will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
The Corporate Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for key business support roles, including sales, administrative, customer support, scheduling, logistics, and facility operations across multiple locations nationwide. This role is responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, guiding hiring managers on market trends, and ensuring timely, compliant recruitment practices. The Recruiter will also manage applicant tracking, deliver reporting on hiring metrics, maintain a strong candidate experience, and support seamless onboarding in partnership with HR and department leaders. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of recruitment experience, strong relationship-building and communication skills, proficiency with ATS platforms, and familiarity with roles in sales, logistics, and administrative operations. Preferred qualifications include experience recruiting in multi-location or industrial services environments, a bachelor’s degree in HR or business, and proven success building pipelines in competitive markets. This position is based in Baton Rouge, LA, and may require occasional travel to support recruitment activities at other sites.
This position is a key leader within the organization and is responsible for the development and execution of customer service and call center strategies that drive customer satisfaction, retention, and operational excellence. The role combines people leadership, call center management expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience across all touchpoints. Responsibilities include overseeing daily call center operations, guiding a Customer Service Supervisor and a team of approximately 20 representatives, managing KPIs and call metrics, and leveraging CRM and AI-based tools to optimize service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field (master’s preferred) along with 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in call center or customer service management. Proven success in leading teams, implementing best practices, and using data insights to improve performance is required.
