A subsidiary of Descote, a French-owned company specializing in valves, started in Baton Rouge and required some professional guidance and assistance with internal processes to get established. The company needed a CFO and accompanying support team to handle accounting and HR services, but making multiple full-time hires to meet these goals wasn’t the most logical solution.
