Next Level Solutions and Team Real World have partnered to provide sexual harassment training to meet the needs of your workplace. Although the focus of the workshops is on preventing sexual harassment, harassment based on other protected characteristics (age, race, religion, disability, pregnancy, etc.) is also addressed. Two options are available.

Executive Briefing: Company Responsibilities and Liabilities

The Executive Briefing (7-9 a.m.) is intended for executives and business owners. This presentation focuses on company responsibilities and liabilities related to workplace (including sexual) harassment.

  • Upcoming dates: Thursday, February 8 or Tuesday, March 6 – $95 per person.

Staff Training: Preventing and Addressing Harassment

Training for All Staff (8 a.m.-12 p.m.) is designed for front-line supervisors and employees. It covers what is/is not sexual harassment, different types of harassing behavior, addressing inappropriate behavior, the impact of harassment, etc.

  • Upcoming dates: Tuesday, February 27 or Wednesday, March 14 – $195 per person.

The registration fee includes a one-hour free consultation by a Human Resources professional (limit one offer per company) to help identify areas that should be addressed by your organization.

Attending a local seminar also provides the opportunity to build a working relationship with an experienced Human Resource professional who can help you update your employee handbook, anti-discrimination and anti-harassment policies and procedures, as well as providing you with someone to conduct independent and objective investigations should your company face a sexual harassment complaint. Customized training programs are also available for your workplace.
