Signal 88 Security of Baton Rouge & New Orleans, a local security franchise, came to us needing assistance in their accounting and human resources department. We were able to work with them operating at a budget and a pace that was right for them.

Challenge:

In order to work more efficiently and effectively, Signal 88 needed help with their backend accounting and human resources department. They were spending multiple hours a week on manually intensive processes that were decreasing overall productivity.

Solution:

Our goal was to create a solution that would bring ultimate value to the company. Through automation software, we were able to convert a 15-hour, manually-intensive process into one that no longer required hands-on labor.
