Handling Financial and Back-Office Needs for a Personal Protection Start-Up:
Stinger Solutions Case Study

Stinger Solutions, a company specializing in protection devices for personal security, was in search of someone to provide CFO support.

Challenge:

While in their start-up phase, Stinger Solutions needed someone to handle their financial and back-office needs. Their CEO, Joey Jobe, was unsure about using an outside source for important needs such as financial services due to the unfamiliarity of the idea.

Solution:

Once we established Stinger Solutions’ specific goals and needs, we took over their accounting department and back-office in order to provide them with services such as keeping the books, monitoring transactions, and preparing necessary tax information.

Results:

We have since developed a strong relationship with Stinger Solutions based on trust and quality service, and they don’t feel as if they are using an outside source. The company now has greater opportunities for growth due to a strong operational foundation.
